Meta is rolling out Meta One paid plans from $2.99 a month with enhanced AI usage and app features across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp; it cites 15 million subscriptions and trials, while core apps and basic Meta AI stay free.
Meta Platforms said Tuesday it is launching Meta One, a subscription service for enhanced AI capabilities and new features across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, Reuters reported. The company said the service already reached 15 million subscriptions and trials during a phased introduction and aims to offer more than 50 features for content creation, audience engagement, and business management.
Monthly plans start at $2.99 for single products such as WhatsApp Plus or Instagram Plus, $7.99 for individual bundles that pair app enhancements with advanced AI capabilities, and $14.99 for creator and business bundles, Meta said. Creator and business tiers add professional tools such as verification, advanced analytics, and enhanced support. The Verge separately detailed individual Core and Premium AI bundles at $7.99 and $19.99, and creator/business plans ranging higher, including Meta Business Agent capacity.
Meta said core app functions and basic Meta AI usage will remain free. Reuters noted the company averaged 3.60 billion daily active people across its family of apps earlier this year and framed subscriptions as a way to diversify revenue beyond digital ads. Meta said it will keep adding features and agent skills for small businesses and creators, and that Meta One will expand to Edits and its AI glasses soon.
This brief covers Meta’s announced Meta One launch and pricing as reported. It does not treat trial counts as paid conversion.
