Israeli-Dutch enterprise AI startup Wonderful closed a $550 million Series C that values the company at $5 billion, TechCrunch, Bloomberg, and Channel NewsAsia reported on September 2, 2026. Insight Partners led the round. Existing backers Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners participated again, and Salesforce invested for the first time, according to those accounts and Wonderful’s Business Wire statement.
The new price tag more than doubles the $2 billion valuation Wonderful set when it raised about $150 million in March 2026, TechCrunch noted. Ctech reported that investors also put roughly $170 million into a secondary sale of early employee and angel shares, and that Wonderful has raised more than $800 million since it was founded in early 2025. Ctech put the company’s annual revenue run rate near $70 million, with a push past $100 million expected by year-end.
Wonderful started with customer-service AI agents aimed at non-English markets and forward-deployed engineers who embed the product on site. It now sells what it calls Wonderful AI OS, a model-agnostic layer meant to coordinate agents, workflows, and AI apps with a company’s data, context, and existing integrations, TechCrunch reported. CTO and co-founder Roey Lalazar said customers can adopt pieces of the platform, pick models per workload, and keep ownership of what they build. CEO Bar Winkler co-founded the company with Lalazar. Wonderful says it operates in more than 35 markets with about 650 employees, roughly half in Israel.
The company said it will use the capital to ship product faster, expand forward-deployed engineering teams, and meet demand for enterprise AI deployment. The round is another marker of how quickly agent platforms that sit above individual models are attracting late-stage capital.
